Welcome to our company’s Drum Management Ltd website and thank you for finding time to visit us.

Drum Management  is a project management and cost consultancy practice that has established a reputation for providing appropriate, high quality design solutions for a broad range of clients and across a variety of sectors including commercial, industrial, educational, residential, data centres, telecommunications, sporting complexes and grounds, listed buildings and interior Cat A fit outs.

The practice has been under the control of the current Directors since 2005. During this time Drum has developed a clear understanding of diverse construction methods and design requirements for quality environments and support facilities.

The practice also operates a ‘partnering’ scheme with several consultants and can offer M & E design, structural design, principal designer and approved building inspection roles. This company structure allows alliances to develop and evolve with like-minded professionals that extend our team to provide a multi-disciplined option where appropriate and tailored accordingly to the requirements of each individual client and project.

We establish a level workload that enables the principal Directors to retain an active involvement for all clients. Appropriate projects are selected accordingly to ensure that this involvement and the integrity of the work produced are not compromised.

Based on this structure and approach, Drum Management has successfully completed a wide range of projects in most public sectors and commercial areas. We are driven by the ambition of our clients to fulfil their expectations by approaching each project in a practical and logical manor.
